Quick, easy egg porutu (spicy egg scramble)

6 - eggs
2 - onions, medium, cut into small pieces
3/4 tsp - chilli paste/ 6 - green chillies
1/8 tsp - haldi/turmeric powder
1 tbsp - milk
Salt
2 tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste (optional)

Method:
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk beat again; keep aside.
- Fry onion and green chillies along with turmeric and salt.
- Fry till the onion is soft, add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes.
- Pour beaten egg solution over onion mix, stir quickly under low flame.
- Continue stirring till egg is cooked and curry becomes a bit dry and grainy.
- Check salt and remove from fire.
- Serve with poori/chapathi.
