Egg pulusu telangana style

6 boiled eggs, make little slits on the top
1 large onion, chopped and kept aside
1 tsp jeera
1&1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Dried dessicated coconut powder
Walnut sized tamarind soaked and strained (keep the pulp aside)
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Method
- Make a paste of onion and jeera
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
- When they splutter, add curry leaves.
- Now add the onion jeera paste and fry well until onion mixture is reddish brown in colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add dessicated coconut powder and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add the tamarind pulp and eggs, bring to a boil.
- Finally add coriander powder and garam masala powder.
- Can be served hot with rice or roti.
